Mark has dedicated his career to driving change and progress in both startup and established organizations by diverting from the status quo. Prior to joining SOLVD Health, he was Chief Business Officer at Exagen Inc., a San Diego-based diagnostics company offering autoimmune testing, where he held responsibilities for finance, operations, research and development, corporate and business development, legal and compliance, revenue cycle management, project management, and information services. Mark played a key role in growing Exagen’s annual revenue to $50 million and co-led the company’s successful IPO process. Prior to Exagen, Mark held finance and operations roles at CareFusion, Kyocera Wireless Corp., and Qualcomm. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
