James has almost 20 years of DEI experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. He leads the DEI task force and implements strategies to advance organizational change, foster a positive and inclusive work environment for everyone, and ensure that DEI considerations are incorporated into decision-making processes. James is a co-founder and board member of Women in Healthcare & Life Sciences and the Black Healthcare & Medical Association, among others.
